Mindfulness is all the rage right now as it has crossed the chasm of the workplace. By providing you with some basic tools to start practicing and applying mindfulness in your daily life, you will begin to find greater happiness and contentment.
Your first mission on this journey is to gather a few simple tools to help you along this journey. Here is your list:
- Notebook or Journal. Choose a journal that stimulates your senses. It may have smooth paper pages that appeal to your tactile senses or a beautifully-colored cover that inspires positive emotion.
